Tombstone / Bisbee

In Tombstone you can visit the saloons and the locations where Wyatt Earp, Doc Holiday and other famous people fro the ol' west had their fatal shootout at the O.K. Corral. Other places you will visit are names from the past, such as Boothill Cemetery, the Bird Cage Theater and the Crystal Palace Saloon.
Tombstone is the town to tough to die, although it might be a little embarrassed by the hoopla that keeps its old image alive. There are many roadside attractions here such as the world's largest rose bush, Boothill and a Historama with the late Vincent Price narration the showdown at the OK Corral and other historic Tombstone events.
Twenty-four miles south of Tombstone is Bisbee, located in Mule Mountain. Squeezed into Mule Pass Gulch, the old mining town of Bisbee is one of Arizona's most unusual towns. A tiny mining camp in 1877, Bisbee grew into a solid and wealthy town by 1910. The fine Victorian houses built in the boom years remain, so a visit to Bisbee is a step back in time.

Pima Air Museum

Spend the day with us as we travel aboard our luxury motorcoach to the world's largest privately funded air museum in the world which is located on 40 acres in Tucson.
Representing America's civilian and military aviation history, the museum has well over 160 airplanes, ranging from the first, the Wright flyer (an exact full-scale replica perfect in every detail) to what is perhaps the ultimate flying machine, the famous SR-71 blackbird. The Blackbird was designed and engineered at the famous "Skunkworks," the Lockheed Advanced Development Projects Group. The SR-71's mach tree-plus speed made it the prime strategic reconnaissance tool in the US Air Force inventory. It could and regularly did perform reconnaissance missions on which it took pictures at a rate equivalent to photographing a 30 mile wide path of territory from Sacramento, California to Washington, D.C. in one hour!
You will also enjoy and be amazed at viewing cut-away engines, flight simulators, aviation memorabilia, and the new space gallery displaying such items as the X-15 which can fly at an altitude of 354,200 ft. (nearly 60 miles) and a speed of 4,534 mph, along with Mercury space capsule mockups.
